hair dilemma

i've been growing my hair for about a year and a half now and sometimes i love having long{er} hair and sometimes i don't.  today i don't. for some reason in my head i think long hair  {and i mean really long hair} is so feminine & sexy and i have this vision of having long flowing hair and bouncing pony tails bike riding, hiking, and laying out at the pool in the summertime.  but...i used to have really cute short hair.

peak of short-hair cuteness...{mind you this was almost 4 years ago}

growing hair...

now if i had fuller, thicker hair and maybe a little bit more curl too {...and oh yeah if i didn't have one pesky cowlick} there would be no problem at all.  advice anyone?

    you look amazing either way. and that helps so much, right?!! but i love the short hair. i feel the exact same way about the idea of long hair being all amazing and glorious and now that mine is on it's way, i am like...wahhh wahh. boooooo. hair dilemmas are the worst. only cut it if you are 100% sure you want short hair cuz otherwise you'll hate it. the end of my long novel :)

    When I saw the beginning of your post I immediately was going to advocate for the short cut! The pixie is very IN right now (michelle williams) and if you can pull it off, which you CAN, then DO!! But then I scrolled down and saw your DARLING long hair and bangs. SO CUTE Brighton! But the short cut would be amazing for spring/summer! Decisions decisions... Cut it! For the hubs.

    I'm bucking the trend and saying I like it better long. BUT I also think that tanner's vote counts for like 10,000 votes. the thing I don't like about short hair cuts is the upkeep; hate having to spend the money keeping it short, but that's me :)

    thanks everyone! i will probably keep growing it for now...sigh...i want it SUPER long before i chop it off. but we'll see, maybe i'll change my mind.

    you are adorable with short hair & long hair! BUT when i see you all you ever say is how you wish your hair was long so ya keep growing it out and one day when you hate it chop it off! some day i might be brave and cut my hair off too. love you hope you had a fabulous birthday and i am glad we are shoesies twinsies! xo

    oh my gosh you are the cutest person i've ever met in my life. seriously, the short hair looks SO cute on you, but then so does the long hair.....but i'd have to agree with your mom-i love your shoulder length hair the most i think.
